With a great deal of experience in quality portfolio management, our goal is to help service your customers in house, minimizing losses and developing strategies to work with your clients while maximizing repayments. Roldans Asset Recovery Services

Isaac Roldan has a great deal of experience in collections in both personal and commercial lending. In 1996 he began working for the collections credit card division at JP Morgan Chase. He collected on outstanding credit card rceivables ranging from 1- 180 days delinquent. He then moved on to the litigation divison at JP Morgan Chase where he worked with customers with legal judgments placed against them and worked with them to avoid the legal process negotiating and establishing payment plans via stipulation agreements.

 

Isaac then moved on to a debt collection agency where he specilaized in personal and business legal collections including placing judgments, executing wage garnishments and collateral liquidation.

 

Isaac then began working at a microfinance organization where he managed the internal collections team during the recession and became an expert at working with clients experiencing hardship; developing flexible payment options that would accomodate clients while ensuring a healthy loan portfolio. He also managed the 3rd party collection agencies where the writeoff accounts were referred appearing in court and making crucial decisions on judgment placements, wage garnishments and collateral liquidation once again looking to accomodate the clients in order to ensure repayment.

 

Isaac has over 20 years collection experience and has developed unique and innovative strategies to maximize repayments working with clients experiencing hardship along with those whom have decreased incomes or increased expenses. He also has a great deal of experience in training staff and custom policy and procedure creation. His staff also come with a great deal of experience as they are hand picked,  former colleagues with outstanding reputations and work ethic. Roldans Asset Recovery Services brings this experience to you, your staff and your clients with the goal of ensuring a healthy loan portfolio enabling your organization to continue assisting your clients with ledning products.

OUR SERVICES

Portfolio Management

We will manage your outstanding loan portfolio including contacting your clients at all levels of internal collections (7 days, 30 days, 60 days, 90 days and 120 days delinquent), sending all collections correspondence in the form of mailed letters and emails. We will perform skip tracing where contact has been lost with clients, manage bankruptcy notifications ensuring proof of claims are suibmitted and meeting of creditors are attended. We also offer the service of referring your accounts to attorneys in their jurisdiction for judgment placement.

Employee Training

We will provide training to your internal collections team including FDCPA (Fair Debt Collection Practices Act) law compliance,  communication with past due loan clients including phone contact, collection letters and email communication at all stages of collections (7 days, 30 days, 60 days, 90 days and 120 days delinquent). We will also train your team on specific collection strategies including a variety of communication styles for special cases, the creation of tailored payment plans, skip tracing and procedures for bankruptcy cases.

Policies & Procedures

We will provide services on the creation and/or upgrade of your collections policies/procedures. This includes collections guidelines, day to day activities, client communication, collection strategies, repayment plans, negotiating strategies, settlement guidelines and bankruptcy management. This tool will prove useful for current and future employees providing consistency across the board.

Services

Roldans Asset Recovery Services was retained to provide portfolio management, employee training and the creation of collections policies and procedures. Employee training included phone etiquette, collections process through all stages of delinquency, innovative repayment options and adapting to unique client scenarios. Delinquency and loan losses decreased significantly after four months allowing us to keep our active loans in house as opposed to outsourcing them to a third party collector. Throughout the process, Roldans Asset Recovery Services provided a high level of service and professionalism to us and our clients.
